Terms of Service

Welcome to ONE-CONTRACT™. By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

ONE-CONTRACT™ provides a digital asset platform that allows verified users to deposit USDT, earn rewards based on selected products (including Investment Schemes and the Savings Plan), and request withdrawals in accordance with our published policies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use digital asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Deposits must be made in USDT (or supported crypto converted to USDT value) to the wallet or payment channel provided on the platform. Credited funds are held in your Main Wallet until you invest in schemes, enroll in savings, or withdraw.

Investment Scheme rewards use a simple interest model on active scheme capital and are credited to Main Wallet on each scheme cycle. Savings Plan rules, including daily deductions and completion multipliers, are governed by the Savings Plan Terms & Conditions.

External withdrawals from Main Wallet are subject to the published withdrawal interval, fees, and admin review. Scheme capital reductions and savings early withdrawals may take up to the published return period (typically 72 hours) before funds reappear in Main Wallet.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail compliance requirements.

ONE-CONTRACT™ may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, contact support@one-contract.com.
