Investment Schemes Terms & Conditions
These Investment Schemes Terms & Conditions apply when you invest funds from your Main Wallet into any ONE-CONTRACT™ Investment Scheme. By accepting these terms in your dashboard, you agree to be bound by them in addition to the general User Agreement and Terms of Service.
Investment Schemes use a simple-interest reward model. Rewards are calculated on your active scheme capital only and are credited to your Main Wallet at the end of each scheme cycle (every 35 days). Rewards do not compound automatically into scheme capital.
You may increase your scheme capital at any time by transferring additional funds from your Main Wallet, subject to each scheme's minimum investment amount and platform availability.
If you reduce scheme capital, the reduced amount is removed from your active scheme position immediately and enters a capital-return queue. Funds are credited back to your Main Wallet only after the published return period (default 72 hours), subject to operational processing.
Referral commissions related to Investment Schemes are paid on scheme rewards earned by your downline, according to the published multi-level rates, and are credited to your Main Wallet. Prediction gaming activity may also generate referral commissions. Referral commissions are not paid on deposits, savings activity, lending activity, or capital returns.
Scheme participation involves risk. Reward rates displayed in the dashboard are operational targets for the selected scheme cycle and are not a guarantee of profit. ONE-CONTRACT™ may update scheme parameters, pause a scheme, or change return timers with notice through the platform.
You must accept these terms once per account before investing. Attempting to invest or reduce capital without acceptance is blocked. Continued use of Investment Schemes after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
